Our Team
DR. QIAN LIU(刘倩)
Principal Investigator
Dr. Liu did her Ph.D. at Fudan University and her postdoc with Daniel S. Kohane (Harvard Medical School), Robert S. Langer (MIT), and Steven Chu (Stanford University). She became a tenure-track professor at Fudan University on 2019. Dr. Liu enjoys sports, music and playing with her little daughter Sherise.
DR. YUNXIANG ZHANG (张云翔)
Principal Investigator
Dr. Zhang got his PhD in physics from Stanford University (2009). He was a postdoc fellow at UC Berkeley (2009~2012) and Stanford (2012~2015). He was a research scientist in the Physics Department of Stanford University before he joined the Chemistry Department of Fudan University last summer (2019).
YANXIN ZHANG (张妍欣)

I’m 22 years old and come from Pingyin County, which is also called ‘China rose Township’. I graduated from Nanjing University. Studying, reading, playing and sleeping are all indispensable in my life. My major study direction is upconversion nanoparticles related to rare earth elements.
JINYANG LIU (刘金阳)
2020 PhD student
I come from Sichuan province, graduated from Tianjin University. My major study is organic dyes for single molecule imaging. I think science is very attractive, like Hakwing said: “We are just an advanced breed of monkeys on a minor planet of a very average star. But we can understand the Universe. That makes us something very special.”

ZHAI Tianli, got her master's degree Shanghai Normal University at 2021. Her major study direction is the biometric imaging and application of single molecule probes. She likes playing badminton and running.

I am Yang Lu from Anqing, Anhui, which is a place with beautiful mountains and waters. I studied in Xi'an Jiaotong University as an undergraduate and is currently focusing on organic dye synthesis.

Ding fan is from Jiangsu province. He got his bachelor degree from East China University of Science and Technology . Now he is a PhD candidate studying on the synthesis of organic dyes and their application in single molecule imaging.

Yang Chenxiao received a bachelor degree from Tongji University in 2022. Yang grew up with a strong passion for physics and chemistry. Music and board games are also his favorite.
WENRUI ZHANG(张文睿)

Zhao Fei, from Datong, Shanxi, graduated from East China University of Science and Technology . My research direction is upconversion nanoparticles related to rare earth elements. I like walking and listening to music.
HUAN LING（凌欢）

I received my bachelor's degree from Nanchang University. My research direction is about surface modification of upconversion nanoparticles. In my spare time，I like to try all kinds of interesting things such as sports, listening to music and traveling.

Tang Yao graduated from Lanzhou University with a bachelor's degree in 2020, and now studies in Fudan University at the PhD level. My research direction is single molecule imaging. I enjoy riding and mountain climbing.
Yankun Lu (卢彦坤)
From Yunnan, received his bachelor's degree in Pharmacy from Fudan University in 2022. He is currently co-training at SMILe lab with China Pharmaceutical University. His research direction is photoactivatable organic dyes. In spare time he likes sports and music.
YUQI SUN (孙玉琪)

Sun Yuqi, from Ji’an, Jiangxi, graduated from Fudan University in 2023. Now he is a master in Fudan University, studying in single molecule imaging. He enjoys his spare time in movies and soccer matches.

Ren Maojiang, from Sichuan province. I'm currently studying and learning the synthesis of lanthanide upconversion fluorescent nanoprobe. I enjoy soccer and animation at leisure.
